IDF Chief: US ‘Cowboy Volunteers’ shift war dynamics, aiding Israeli farming in new phase.

The Israeli military has expanded its operation in southern Gaza, entering a new phase of ground operations. IDF Chief of Staff Herzi Halevi stated that they have secured many Hamas strongholds in the northern Gaza Strip and are now focusing on strongholds in the south, particularly in Khan Younis. The Biden administration anticipates that the bulk of the fighting may conclude by January.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu emphasized the need to demilitarize Gaza after the war, asserting that only the IDF can enforce this. He criticized United Nations organizations for not addressing sexual violence committed by Hamas and sponsored an event highlighting the abuse suffered by Israeli women.

In response to challenges faced by Israeli farmers due to reservists being called up, a group of American volunteer cowboys, including Ezekiel Strain and Luke Gutzler, traveled to Israel to assist in harvesting crops. Joshua Waller from HaYovel Ministries highlighted the significant challenges farmers are facing. Despite aid in the farming sector, Israel’s economy is experiencing strain across various industries, including hi-tech, finances, and trade.
